Chris brings over 20 years of industry and consulting experience leading global supply chain and operations transformations within medical device and regulated life sciences environments. His work focuses on translating strategy into execution across planning, sourcing, distribution, and logistics.
Most recently he has advised life sciences and global medical device organizations on supply chain strategy, operations scale up, S&OP process development, and supplier risk management. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles managing global distribution operations, supplier networks, and operational excellence initiatives across regulated manufacturing and logistics environments.
